Sample Request: Sample requests can be submitted to the team through either email or phone call. It is a requirement for this team to inform those who need to be involved that the sample request has been fulfilled with the appropriate information.
Sample Registration: Sample registration cards are created upon request or direct call. The sample registration card contains information about customers, vendors, prospects, source documents, product details, sample quantity, lot number, and packing details.
Sample manufacturing and expiry details: Maintain details of sample specifications, including manufacturing and expiration dates.
